Account Credentials: Name, work email address, user role, and property assignments.
GPS Location Data: Continuous background and foreground location pings recorded during active worker shifts for automated proof-of-presence at assigned properties.
Work Order Data & Photos: Maintenance issue descriptions, completion timestamps, parts used, and before/after photos uploaded by authorized personnel.
Device Information: Device type, OS version, and app performance logs.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected data solely to deliver and optimize property maintenance operations:

To track active maintenance shifts and verify caretaker presence at assigned building locations.
To process, assign, and resolve property work orders.
To generate official shift audit logs and printable PDF work order reports.
To send real-time push notifications regarding urgent maintenance tasks.

3. Location Data Transparency

Location tracking activates only when a caretaker or maintenance technician is clocked in on an active shift. Location data is stored securely in Firebase Firestore and accessed exclusively by authorized property managers and administrators.

4. Data Sharing and Security

We do not sell, rent, or trade user data to third parties. Data is transmitted securely using SSL/TLS encryption and stored on Google Cloud Firebase infrastructure with strict security rules.

5. Account Deletion Rights

Users have the right to request permanent account deletion and removal of all personal profile data. You may initiate account deletion directly inside the application under Settings → Account & Data Privacy, or contact our support team at support@maintenanceprolog.com to request immediate data purge.
