Welcome to Caretaker Log Maintenance Pro. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. User Responsibilities

Users must be authorized personnel, caretakers, technicians, property managers, or administrators assigned by their property management organization.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All information, photos, and maintenance logs submitted must be accurate and truthful.

2. Authorized Usage & Shift Tracking

Caretaker Log is intended exclusively for property management work logging, maintenance tracking, and shift auditing. Clocking in activates shift tracking for proof-of-work verification.

3. Intellectual Property & Content

All work order records, audit reports, and logs created within the system remain the property of the managing organization. System branding and codebase belong to Caretaker Log.

4. Termination of Access

Administrators reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate organizational policies or security guidelines.
